  Baan Duan represents the ultimate in luxury, 5 bedroom holiday accommodation. A truly stunning villa in every way. Tropical gardens surround a deep, cool swimming pool. Providing shade and a beautiful natural backdrop. Plenty of sun loungers are on hand, for those who wish to soak up the Thai sunshine, which the east facing garden exploits to the maximum. Outside dining is tucked under the shaded front porch, with its own lighting and ceiling fan. The interior of Baan Duan is appointed in high style, and decorated in contrasting tones, creating a homely atmosphere. The 5 stunning bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, 4 of them having full en-suite bathroom facilities.

Bedrooms:
  The master bedroom is large, with a king size bed, decorated to the same exceptional standard as the rest of Baan Duan. En-suite bathroom facilities include both a bath tub and a shower. The second bedroom, although slightly smaller than the master, is equally impressive. Decor, as with every area in Baan Duan, is simply stunning. Bathroom facilities are en-suite. The third bedroom is large, open and cool, with a king size bed and the same high quality decor as every other room. Again with en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom, although somewhat smaller, is still equipped with a king size bed, and has its one private en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor, a vast sleeping area, appointed in high style. Access to the gardens and pool area is via a set of French doors. Bathroom facilities are shared with the lounge area.

Kitchen:
  The luxury kitchen forms part of the open plan living space on the ground floor. Yards of black granite workspace make this a fantastic kitchen in which to prepare even the largest meal. Both a convector own, and microwave oven are on hand, as well as a gas hob. Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a kettle, toaster and rice cooker.

Living rooms:
  Upon entering Baan Duan, via the covered porch, the visitor is greeted by a stunning sight across the lounge area. Leather seating for 8 to 10 people takes up part of the room, which is positioned to take advantage of the huge 50 inch plasma TV, with satellite, DVD player and theatre surround sound. Decor is modern, chic and stylish, finished in dark woods with white panelling. Dining for 8 is situated towards the rear of the main living area, close to the fully equipped kitchen which takes up one corner of the open plan living space.

Other:
  A gas BBQ is available for use and baby equipment including cots and high chairs, are available on request. Cost includes: accommodation, WI-FI internet, electricity: THB 2 000 per week (more than that is extra-paid), FREE use of car with 1st class insurance (booking more than 7 days), cleaning & bed-linen, towels changing every day.
