Rent a house or apartment in Pattaya

1. The choice of housing. Request

2. Оплата залога

3. Contract

4. Your arrival and settlement

  You can order a transfer from the airport to Pattaya with us for an extra fee or take a taxi alone at the exit from the airport.

  Transfer costs when ordering through our company:
  Bangkok Airport - Pattaya (one way):
1. Passenger car (up to 3 people. + Small luggage) - 2000 THB
2. Minibus (up to 9 people. + Luggage) - 2600 THB.

  Note:After passing through immigration and customs control in the departure hall, you will meet a Thai company representative with a sign, which will have your last name. Payment for the transfer is made together with payment of mortgage.
The keys to the rented accommodation you can get the company's office at 308/78 Thapparaya Road Moo 10 Pattaya at the following times:
Mon.-Fri. From 10.00 to 19.00
Sat. From 10.00 to 17.00
Sunday - closed.

  If you arrive in the evening or night, as well as a day off, then, upon arrival in the country, contact Lease Manager, to agree a time and place of meeting for the transfer of keys and pay the rent.


5.Payment of rent

  Upon arrival, you pay rent as follows: month rent in advance + deposit insurance (equal to the monthly rent) - obtained earlier advance.

6.Payment of bills for electricity, water, etc.

7.The end of the lease. When the tenancy.

Also, our manager is obliged to check the status of the apartment or house and, if the housing damage (anything can happen), then the value of the damaged property will be deducted from the premium.
