Terms

1.General conditions
1.1. Use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the laws of the Federation.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. Given access to the Site A user is considered parties to this Agreement.
1.3. Site Administration may at any time to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes will take effect within 3 (three) days from the date of posting a new version of the Agreement on the site. In case of disagreement the User with revised it must abandon the access to the Site, to stop the use of materials and services of the Site.

2. Obligation
2.1. User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Russia's laws or international law, including intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, as well as any action that is causing or may cause disruption to the work of the Site and Services Site.
2.2. Use of these materials without our express permission is not permitted (Article 1270 GK RF). For fair use of materials of the Site must conclude licensing contracts (for licenses) from the holders.
2.3. When citing material from the site including protected works of authorship, reserved (paragraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 1274 GK RF).
2.4. Comments and other accounts on the Site should not be in conflict with the requirements of the legislation Russia and the accepted norms of morality and ethics.
2.5. The user is warned that the administration of the Site is not responsible for access and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the site.
2.6. User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible for and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any potential or encountered losses or losses associated with any site content, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or accessed through external sites or resources, or other contacts the user, in which he entered, using the information on this website or links to external resources.
2.7. User accepts the proposition that all materials and services of the Site or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertisements. User agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.

3. Other conditions
3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to, shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Australia.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed as establishing between the User and Site Administration agent relations, friendly relations, relations of joint activities, and labor relations, or any other relations, does not explicitly stipulated in the Agreement.
3.3. Recognition of the court of any provision of the Agreement invalid or not enforceable does not entail the invalidity of any other provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Administration of the Site in case of violation of any of the provisions of the User Agreement does not deprive the Administration of the Site the right to take appropriate action later in the defense of their interests and the protection of copyright protected under the laws of the Site. User acknowledges that familiar with the clauses of this Agreement, and unconditionally accepts them.
